Then and only then are we searching for the perfect words to place in our document to make our message absolutely perfect. What if I told you that we should always be working to upgrade our words so we have clear communication with people around us, our Angels, and our Creator? As a psychic medium and energy worker, I’ve seen firsthand how speaking with intention can manifest miracles, create healing, and connect us to the spiritual realm. - Eliminate limiting phrases like “I can’t,” “I’ll try,” or “maybe.” Replace with empowered words like “I choose,” “I will,” “I am.”

When I teach about spell work, intention setting, or even spoken prayer, I emphasize the importance of words. The vibration of your language shapes the energy of your ritual. That’s why many ancient cultures chant, sing, or speak aloud affirmations—they’re activating energy through sound.
When creating your own spell or ritual:
- Write your intention statement clearly.
- Read it aloud with focus and breath.
- Repeat it with rhythm or chant to embed it into your energy field.
Upgrading Daily Conversations
